As an AV solutions provider, our partnership extends beyond the initial system design and installation. We support our clients exclusively or as an extension to their in house team by offering a range of flexible maintenance agreements. These contracts provide peace-of-mind, long term reliability and a swift response should there be a problem in the future.
We believe that service is about prevention as well as cures and in todays increasingly connected world we are implementing systems that allow us to monitor, upgrade, fault find and remedy issues remotely often before a problem is discovered on site.
AV service and support
We are currently re-imagining our Network Operation Centre in Oxfordshire, which will be the central hub for all our service and commissioning operations.
From here we will provide the following AV support to our customers:
- Triage and ticketing
- First line support via the cloud, remote access or phone/email/chat
- Management of second line/on site support and attendances
- System monitoring and management of preventative maintenance schedules
Our flexible maintenance contracts can cover individual rooms or entire sites and can simply include remote assistance or be fully comprehensive to include on site support or provision of permanent technicians, integrated with the client team.
