Good management is key to the success of a project. Our project managers take complete responsibility for the smooth implementation of AV systems, co-ordinating our in house teams and liaising with main contractor trades, furniture and, vitally, the client IT team to deliver a seamless deployment.
Our project managers provide the following services to support av installation:
- Working with the AV Consultants on final system design
- Co-ordinating the drawing pack and project documentation
- Co-ordinating the high level network design
- Work shopping with the main contractor team to ensure integration of audio visual equipment as part of the wider project/programme
- Attendance of project meetings and management of programme
- Liaising with our warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely arrival of equipment and plant for the various phases
- Co-ordination and submission of operations and maintenance manuals
- Witness testing and project handover/sign off
